  • Charles Iliffe, 54, and his friends decorated a Christmas tree at the gravesite of Iliffe's brother, William, and mother, Peggy, at Beechwood Cemetery. The tradition of setting up the tree was started by Peggy and Charles after William's death in 1973. After a lapse due to Peggy's passing, Charles has renewed the tradition on Thursday, December 5, 2014.
